Getting Started
- What do I need to get started?
All you require is a domain name (eg: example.com or example.io). With a domain name and a down payment we can get started straight away. Send us a message now and we'll happily walk you through everything.
- How long does it take to build a website?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the project. A simple brochure website can be completed in 1-2 weeks, while a full e-commerce platform may take 4-8 weeks. We'll provide a detailed timeline during the proposal stage.
- Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin work on your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and your approval of the finished product.
Hosting & Data
- Will I own my own website data?
Yes — absolutely! Even if your websites and databases reside on our servers, this is your data and we respect that to the fullest extent.
- Can I use another hosting provider?
Yes, if you don't wish for us to host your website we will work with whichever web hosting provider you prefer. We can make recommendations tailored to your needs if desired.
- Can I have automated backups?
Most definitely; this is included by default. We're talking full-featured, off-server (remote) backups taken daily. If your website uses a substantial amount of disk-space we cannot guarantee this will feature for you. In this event we can setup a personalized backup server, firewall, and automation scripts to keep you protected. We have you covered 100%!

- Do you work with WordPress?
WordPress websites are most commonly requested, and for good reason. When it comes to WordPress, we're experts. We also work with Shopify, custom HTML/CSS, and other platforms depending on your needs.
- Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. Every website we build is fully responsive and optimized for all devices — desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Mobile-friendliness is not optional; it's a core part of our development process.
- Do you offer SEO services?
Yes, all our websites are built with SEO best practices in mind. We also offer ongoing SEO optimization services to help improve your search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to your site.
Support & Maintenance
- Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, we offer comprehensive website management and support packages. This includes regular updates, security patches, performance monitoring, and content updates as needed.
- What if something breaks on my website?
We're here to help. Clients with a support package receive priority assistance. For all clients, we offer reasonable rates for bug fixes and troubleshooting. Should a 0day appear in the wild, we will always have fresh backups of your data available from multiple locations.
- Can I update the website myself?
Yes! If your site is built on WordPress or Shopify, you'll have full access to update content, add products, and manage your site. We provide training and documentation to help you get comfortable with the platform.
